1. Returns Eligibility
Auto parts and services may be eligible for returns or warranty claims under specific conditions:
- Auto Parts: Must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Most auto parts include a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
- Services: Work performed by GEMS Autocraft is warrantied for 1 year from the date of completion. If defects arise due to workmanship, we will repair or redo the service at no additional cost.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Electrical components (e.g., sensors, ECUs, wiring).
- Custom or special-order parts.
- Installed or used parts.
- Fluids, lubricants, and chemicals.
- Gift cards and downloadable software.
2. Returns Process
To request a return, contact {email address} with proof of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
- Auto Parts: If the item is defective, we will assist with the 1-year manufacturer warranty claim. Parts must not be installed or modified.
- Services: If a service-related issue occurs within 1 year, we will reinspect the service and, if necessary, perform repairs at no additional cost.
Returns should not be sent to the manufacturer directly.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take time before your refund is posted.
- Contact your bank; processing time may vary.
- If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email info@gemsautocraft.com and send your item to 903 Rue Bériault Suite 103, Longueuil, QC J4G 1X7.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be sent to the gift giver.
8. Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: 903 Rue Bériault Suite 103, Longueuil, QC J4G 1X7.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
- Depending on your location, shipping times for exchanged products may vary.
- For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
