Product Information

This OE quality drive belt powers the A/C compressor. Over time, belts can glaze from repeated heating and cooling cycles. Visible fraying or cracks are a clear sign that replacement is needed, typically every 80,000 km (50,000 miles) or 4–5 years.

Serpentine Belt
Your vehicle’s serpentine belt is designed to operate engine-driven accessories such as the water pump, alternator, power steering pump, and A/C compressor. Depending on configuration, your vehicle may use a single or multiple serpentine belts. Compared to older V-belts, serpentine belts are more durable and require minimal maintenance before replacement.

Modern serpentine belts often last between 80,000–130,000 km (50,000–80,000 miles). When replacing the belt, it is strongly recommended to inspect all pulleys and tensioners. In most cases, both the belt and related components should be replaced together to ensure reliability.

Serpentine Belt Failure Symptoms:
