Answer: OE (Original Equipment) parts are the exact same ones installed by the manufacturer at the factory. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts are made by the same supplier but sold without the carmaker’s branding. They offer the same quality, often at a lower price, because they don’t go through the official automaker’s distribution channels.
Answer: Yes! All worldwide orders are shipped over boxed for security.
Answer: Returns are accepted within 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging. See our Return & Warranty Policy for details.
