Local Delivery (Montréal, Laval & South Shore)
We offer local delivery to eligible addresses in Montréal, Laval, Longueuil, Saint-Hubert, and Brossard. If your address qualifies for local delivery, our team will reach out after checkout to schedule your delivery time. Local delivery eligibility is determined automatically by postal code during checkout.
Import Shipments for Repairs & Returns
Customers shipping parts to GEMS autocraft for repair or return must ensure all customs paperwork is properly completed. We do not cover, manage, or assume responsibility for duties, taxes, or brokerage charges associated with imported shipments.
- All import documents must clearly state: “Used automotive part for repair and return – not for resale.”
- We strongly recommend declaring the shipment as a temporary import with an appropriate value and using HS Code 9801.10.00.
- Any shipments that arrive with unpaid import charges will be refused unless pre-approved by GEMS autocraft in writing.
- If we are required to pay import charges on your behalf, you will be billed for the full amount plus a 20% handling surcharge.
- We recommend retaining your UPS or carrier payment receipt if you intend to file for reimbursement with CBSA after service is completed.
Tracking & Shipping Claims
All orders include tracking information. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately if any items are lost or damaged.
Free Shipping Promotions
Free shipping is available when your order meets the minimum purchase threshold and the selected shipping option falls within the eligible cost limit.
Minimum Order Amounts
- Canada: Free shipping on orders of $100 CAD or more
- United States: Free shipping on orders of $150 USD or more
- Worldwide: Free shipping on orders of $250 USD or more
Eligible Shipping Options
To qualify for free shipping, the selected shipping method must meet the following conditions:
- Canada: Shipping option priced at $34.90 CAD or less
- United States: Shipping option priced at $49.90 USD or less (continental U.S.)
- International: Shipping option priced at $75 USD or less
If both conditions are met, free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

- Hazardous materials or restricted goods.
- Remote-area surcharges may apply where required by the carrier.
