Product Information

Genuine BMW accessory drive belt tensioner pulley designed for use with compatible hydraulic tensioner assemblies. This version features a centered mounting hole and is used as the lower pulley within the hydraulic belt tensioner system.

The pulley bearing is a wear item and can develop noise, resistance or play over time. A worn pulley can cause belt squealing, vibration, irregular belt tracking or premature serpentine belt wear. Replacing the pulley during belt service helps maintain smooth accessory drive operation and proper belt tension.

Important: This is the centered-hole version for hydraulic tensioners. Applications using an offset pulley require a different part. Mechanical tensioner assemblies do not allow the pulley to be replaced separately.

About Genuine BMW

Genuine BMW parts are the same components used during factory production. When you order a Genuine BMW part, you're receiving the exact item sourced by BMW dealerships — built to BMW’s precise engineering and quality standards.

While BMW engineers each part, many are manufactured by well-known OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) such as Lemförder, ZF, Sachs, Bosch, Valeo, Zimmermann, Siemens VDO, and Corteco. These parts may even arrive in their OEM-branded packaging, alongside a BMW logo.

Look for OE tags throughout our listings to identify direct from BMW components — helping you save without compromising quality. Visit our FAQ for more insight on OEM vs. OE terminology.
