This is a used Genuine BMW throttle position sensor (part number 13627841705) for the S85 V10 engine found in the 2006–2010 BMW M5 (E60, E61) and M6 (E63, E64). The throttle position sensor communicates throttle input to the DME, ensuring proper fueling and responsive acceleration.

The S85 engine requires two throttle position sensors, one for each bank of five cylinders. A failing sensor can cause hesitation, poor throttle response, or fault codes that limit performance.
