Return Window Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Item Condition Items must be unused, complete, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Final Sale Items Electrical components, fluids, lubricants, used parts, custom orders, special orders, and gift cards are final sale.

Warranty Coverage

Product Warranty Manufacturer's applicable warranties are honored on all products, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the brand and product.

Service Warranty Repair, rebuild, and installation services are covered by a 1 year workmanship warranty.

Installed Parts When parts are supplied and installed by GEMS autocraft, eligible warranty claims cover both the part and the workmanship.

Claims & Processing

Claim Requirements Please provide your order number, product details, a clear description of the issue, and photos when applicable.

Refund Processing Once received, inspected, and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Return Shipping Return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is approved as part of an eligible warranty claim.

Professional Installation Installation work completed by GEMS autocraft is covered for 1 year from the completion date, giving you confidence that the work was performed with care and accountability.

Supplied and Installed by GEMS When a covered part is both supplied and installed by GEMS autocraft, eligible claims cover the part and the workmanship together during the applicable warranty period.

Required Details Please provide your order number, product details, a clear description of the issue, and photos or diagnostic information when applicable.

Fair Resolution Once approved, we will help resolve the claim as efficiently as possible through repair, replacement, store credit, manufacturer support, or another appropriate warranty solution.
