The Supersprint Catalytic Converter is a direct-fit exhaust upgrade for the BMW E60/E61 M5 and E63/E64 M6, replacing the factory catalytic-converter section with a freer-flowing stainless-steel assembly.
Developed around the S85 V10 exhaust layout, it is designed to reduce restriction through the catalytic-converter section while retaining catalytic treatment of the exhaust gases.
Each section is made in Italy from T304 stainless steel and follows the factory exhaust routing and connection points for precise fitment, proper alignment and reliable sealing.
The freer-flowing catalytic-converter section can give the S85 V10 a sharper and more immediate exhaust character while improving flow into the center and rear sections of the exhaust system.
Final sound and performance will depend on the front pipes, center section, rear mufflers and any additional exhaust modifications installed on the vehicle.
Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct alignment, secure connections and proper clearance around the chassis and surrounding components.
