BBS forged 20-inch staggered wheel set developed for BMW 5 × 120 mm applications with a 72.6 mm center bore. This setup combines premium 2-piece forged construction, lightweight engineering and vehicle-specific sizing for the BMW E60/E61 M5 and E63/E64 M6 platform.
BBS has been producing forged aluminum aftermarket wheels since 1983. Each forged wheel begins from a high-grade billet and is formed through a multi-stage die-forging process designed to improve strength, reduce weight and optimize structural integrity.
The wheel design is weight optimized through FEM analysis, while the rim sections are machined using a patented BBS process to remove unnecessary material. Titanium fasteners further reduce weight while preserving the premium multi-piece construction expected from BBS.

BMW E60/E61 M5: Requires 10 mm wheel spacers at the front and rear when used with the appropriate tire sizes and factory suspension geometry.
BMW E63/E64 M6: Requires 10 mm wheel spacers at the front and rear when used with the appropriate tire sizes and factory suspension geometry.
Vehicles equipped with lowered suspension, aftermarket brakes, altered alignment or wider tires must be checked for proper caliper, suspension and fender clearance before installation.
