Product Information

This Bilstein B6 Performance suspension refresh kit is designed for the BMW E60 M5 Sedan and BMW E61 M5 Touring equipped with the factory electronic damping system.

The kit includes Bilstein performance front strut assemblies, Bilstein rear shock absorbers and the related BMW mounting components, spring pads, bump stops, support cups and replacement hardware needed for a complete suspension service.

Shock absorbers and strut assemblies control the compression and rebound of the suspension springs as the vehicle travels over bumps, dips and uneven road surfaces. Worn dampers can make the vehicle feel loose, bouncy or unstable, and can also contribute to uneven tire wear, harsh ride quality and reduced steering response.

Replacing the related mounts, bearings, spring shims, bump stops and hardware at the same time helps ensure proper fitment, quiet operation and long service life for the new suspension components.
