This OE automatic transmission filter kit is designed for GA6HP19Z transmissions and includes an oil pan, integrated filter, gasket, and drain plug. Essential for routine transmission service, this kit ensures optimal fluid filtration and proper sealing.
Although BMW once advertised a "lifetime" fill for their transmissions, regular fluid and filter changes are now recommended for the best longevity and performance. A drain and fill service every 48,000 km (30,000 miles) is ideal, and the filter should always be replaced at this interval.
Note: You will also need to order 24 oil pan bolts (OE number 24117552108) when installing a new oil pan.
