This Genuine BMW high pressure fuel pump (HPFP) is the latest revised version designed for direct injection engines such as the N54 and early N55. It includes the required O-ring (p/n 13517571363) for proper installation and sealing.
The HPFP is a critical component in gasoline direct injection systems, boosting fuel pressure to extremely high levels to allow precise fuel delivery directly into the combustion chamber. This results in improved atomization, better efficiency, and increased power output.
