This OE-quality valve cover gasket set is designed for cylinders 1–4 and includes the spark plug tube seal. Ideal for addressing oil leaks caused by aging or brittle gaskets, this replacement ensures a tight seal between the valve cover and cylinder head. BMW recommends replacing the 11 valve cover sealing washers (part number 11121437395) during installation for best results.

Engine Valve Cover Gasket Set
This gasket maintains a sealed barrier between the valve cover and the top of the cylinder head, preventing oil leaks and vapor escape. It must compress slightly to accommodate surface variations. Most gaskets are rubber or elastomer-based, while older versions may use cork, which is sensitive to over-tightening during installation.
