BBS Performance Line wheel set developed for the BMW E60/E61 M5 and E63/E64 M6. This staggered 20-inch setup combines the recognizable BBS design with flow-formed construction, lower rotational weight and vehicle-specific sizing.
Each wheel begins as a one-piece counter-pressure casting. The rim section is then flow formed under pressure to improve strength and reduce weight compared with a conventional cast wheel.
The spokes are back-milled to remove unnecessary material, while FEM analysis is used to optimize the wheel without compromising the stiffness and durability expected from BBS.

BMW E60/E61 M5: Standard staggered fitment when used with the appropriate tire sizes and factory suspension geometry.
BMW E63/E64 M6: Requires 10 mm wheel spacers at the front and rear.
Vehicles equipped with lowered suspension, aftermarket brakes, altered alignment or wider tires must be checked for proper caliper, suspension and fender clearance before installation.
