Service Description

This is a Repair & Rebuild Service for the BMW S65 Idle Control Device (also known as the Idle Control Valve or Idle Controller) — a critical component responsible for maintaining smooth idle operation under 3,000 RPM in your E90, E92, or E93 M3.

  • You must ship your original valve to us for diagnosis and repair.

  • The service includes:
    • Complete teardown and internal inspection
    • Motor and gear replacement
    • Electric connector lead replacement
    • Fault diagnosis and analysis
    • Internal cleaning and reassembly
    • Final functional testing on our in-house bench rig

  • Repair turnaround time: 4 business days from the time we receive your unit.
