Applies only to the hydraulic tensioner assembly (upper pulley). This is an offset-holed tensioner pulley; if you have one that is not offset you need part number 11281748131, which is centered. Please compare images carefully to confirm whether you need an offset or centered pulley.
This idler pulley does not come with a bearing protection cap. We strongly recommend ordering a replacement when installing a new idler pulley, as the old cap will likely break upon removal.

- Misalignment of the pulley relative to the mounting surface
