The Delphi coils ensure reliable spark energy and minimize misfire risks caused by worn boots or insulation failure.
Installation Tips (BMW S55 Engine):
- Clean spark plug tubes with compressed air before removal
- Remove old plugs using 12-point tool 83300495560 with extension joint
- Install new plugs hand-tight using tool 83300496065, then torque to 23 ± 3 Nm (17 ft-lb)
- Do not apply graphite or copper anti-seize paste on spark plugs
