Product Information

This Genuine GEMS kit seals the unused oil pump and cooler connections on the BMW GS6-53BZ-TJGC six-speed manual transmission from the E9X M3. It is designed for manual conversions where the original external transmission oil pump, cooler and lines are not retained.

Both plugs are engineered to use the original BMW mounting hardware and factory sealing components. This design allows the fasteners, O-rings and gasket to be serviced or replaced individually using standard Genuine BMW parts, eliminating the need for proprietary replacement hardware or seals.

The complete kit includes one pump port plug and one cooler port plug, supplied with two Genuine BMW O-rings, one oil pump gasket and three Genuine BMW mounting bolts. All necessary mounting hardware and sealing components are included for a complete installation.

The cooler plug seals both cooler connections, while the pump plug closes the original pump opening. Installation requires no permanent modifications to the transmission housing, preserving the option to reinstall the original transmission oil cooling system if needed.
