FCP Euro Manual Swap Completion Kit for S85 6-Speed Conversion (E60/E61 M5, E63/E64 M6)
This package is designed as a completion kit for customers who have already sourced the commonly referenced FCP Euro SMG-to-manual parts list. It supplies all of the missing mechanical, pedal, shifter, wiring, and driveline components required to finish an OEM-style 6-speed conversion on S85-powered BMWs, without duplicating parts already included in that bundle.
The focus of this kit is to provide everything FCP Euro does not cover: full pedal box hardware, over-centre and return springs, bushings and pins, the complete manual shifter and linkage assembly, a lighter OE S65 E9X M3 dual-mass flywheel setup with pilot bearing and new crank hardware, and the dedicated manual gearbox wiring harness with clips. The result is a clean, reliable, and properly supported manual swap that feels factory-correct.
Important Notes:
This completion kit does not include the 6-speed gearbox, driveshaft, or the parts already supplied in the FCP Euro list (flywheel, clutch kit, basic hydraulics, transmission mounts, oil strainer, drain plugs, and electrical connectors). It is intended to be combined with those components to form a complete package.

This completion package supports the OEM S85 M5 clutch and flywheel included in the FCP Euro list. It does not use the lighter S65 M3 setup that we install in our comprehensive GEMS mechanical conversion kit, which is preferred strictly for its reduced weight and improved engine responsiveness.
This kit is only intended to complete the FCP Euro parts list; with no substitutions or changes to their driveline choice.
