Liqui Moly Top Tec 6200 0W-20 (LM22046) is a modern, fully synthetic low-friction motor oil formulated specifically for BMW engines requiring the Longlife-17 FE+ specification. It offers exceptional protection against low speed pre-ignition (LSPI), improved fuel efficiency, and optimized wear resistance under demanding driving conditions.
This oil helps prevent LSPI — a condition where the air-fuel mixture ignites prematurely at low speeds, causing engine knock and potential damage. By using the correct oil specification, this risk is minimized, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient engine operation.
Note: BMW Longlife-17 FE+ oil is not backward compatible and must not be used where earlier standards (such as LL-01 or LL-04) are required.
