Ce capteur de position d'arbre à cames d'origine VDO est identique à celui que vous recevez chez un concessionnaire BMW, sans le logo BMW. Il permet au calculateur de surveiller la position précise de l'arbre à cames pour un calage d'allumage précis et des performances moteur optimales.

Les capteurs de position d'arbre à cames sont des points de défaillance fréquents sur les BMW à kilométrage élevé. Un capteur défaillant peut entraîner des démarrages difficiles, un calage à bas régime, de mauvaises performances ou déclencher l'allumage du voyant moteur (CEL) et les codes associés.

Remarque : nous recommandons de remplacer le joint torique du capteur d'arbre à cames (référence BMW : 12141748398) lors de l'installation pour éviter de futures fuites d'huile.
