1. Returns Eligibility

All items and services are potentially eligible for returns or warranty claims, subject to specific conditions. If you're uncertain about your item's eligibility, please contact us.

We proudly stand behind the quality of every product and service we offer. Here's how you're protected:
  • Auto Parts: Manufacturer warranties are honored (typically 1–5 years). All GEMS Autocraft branded parts come with a lifetime warranty.
  • Services: Enjoy a 1-year workmanship warranty on all services and installed components.
  • Installed by GEMS? We take it further — both the part and installation are fully covered during the warranty period, at no extra cost.

Auto Parts

  • Returns: Must be unused and in original packaging. Return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Warranty: Most auto parts include a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

Services

  • Warranty: All services and installed parts are covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty.

Other Items & Starlink

  • Returns: Must be unused and in original packaging. Return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Warranty: Eligible for a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Open-box items are tested before shipping upon request.

Ineligible Returns Include:

  • Used or installed items
  • Opened electrical components
  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Fluids, lubricants, chemicals, consumables
  • Gift cards and downloadable software
  • Items excessively handled, damaged, modified, incomplete, or missing original packaging

2. Returns Process

To initiate a return or warranty claim, use the buttons below. Include the provided returns form with your shipment.

  • Do not return items directly to manufacturers without prior confirmation.
  • Returns without the required form will incur a 15% restocking fee.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed, please first contact your bank or credit card provider before reaching out to us.

5. Gifts

If marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit or certificate. Otherwise, refunds go directly to the original purchaser.

6. Shipping & Handling Returns

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping for returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
