1. Returns Eligibility

- Auto Parts: Manufacturer warranties are honored (typically 1–5 years). All GEMS Autocraft branded parts come with a lifetime warranty.
- Services: Enjoy a 1-year workmanship warranty on all services and installed components.
- Installed by GEMS? We take it further — both the part and installation are fully covered during the warranty period, at no extra cost.

Auto Parts
- Returns: Must be unused and in original packaging. Return within 30 days of delivery.
- Warranty: Most auto parts include a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
Services
- Warranty: All services and installed parts are covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty.
Other Items & Starlink
- Returns: Must be unused and in original packaging. Return within 30 days of delivery.
- Warranty: Eligible for a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Open-box items are tested before shipping upon request.
Ineligible Returns Include:
- Used or installed items
- Opened electrical components
- Custom or special-order parts
- Fluids, lubricants, chemicals, consumables
- Gift cards and downloadable software
- Items excessively handled, damaged, modified, incomplete, or missing original packaging
2. Returns Process
