Informations sur le produit

Ce kit complet de courroies d'accessoires de qualité OE est conçu pour les moteurs BMW N54 et comprend tout le nécessaire pour entretenir le système de courroies en une seule intervention. La courroie poly-V entraîne les accessoires essentiels du moteur tels que l'alternateur, la pompe de direction assistée et le compresseur de climatisation.

En plus de la courroie elle-même, le tendeur et les poulies de guidage assurent une tension et un alignement appropriés sous différentes charges moteur. Ces composants s'usent au fil du temps et doivent être remplacés dans le cadre de l'entretien préventif régulier.

Ce kit comprend une courroie Continental et toutes les poulies et tendeurs INA pour un fonctionnement fiable et durable. Le tendeur de courroie est livré avec un boulon encapsulé et doit être serré à 40 Nm (29 ft-lbs). Les poulies de guidage de 80 mm et 90 mm comprennent également des boulons encapsulés M10x40 serrés à 38 Nm (28 ft-lbs).

  • Usure : Fissures, aspect vitreux ou effilochage de la courroie
  • Désalignement : Usure inégale ou bruits de couinement
  • Problèmes de tension : Patinage ou fonctionnement irrégulier des accessoires
  • Contamination : Exposition à l'huile ou au liquide de refroidissement dégradant le matériau de la courroie
  • Bruit excessif : Couinements aigus, en particulier au démarrage
