The Supersprint Exhaust Manifold is a high-performance exhaust upgrade developed for the BMW E60 and E61 M5 and E63 and E64 M6 equipped with the S85 V10 engine.

Positioned directly at the cylinder heads, the manifold replaces the corresponding factory cast exhaust components with a freer-flowing tubular design. Its optimized runner layout helps reduce exhaust restriction, improve exhaust scavenging and support sharper throttle response throughout the rev range.

Each manifold is made in Italy from premium T304 stainless steel for long-term durability, corrosion resistance and reliable performance under high-temperature operating conditions. Precisely formed tubing and carefully finished welds help maintain consistent exhaust flow, accurate fitment and dependable sealing.

Exhaust Sound

The freer-flowing tubular manifold design allows the S85 V10 to evacuate exhaust gases more efficiently and can produce a sharper, more immediate and more mechanical exhaust character, particularly at higher engine speeds.

Final sound and volume will vary depending on the catalytic converters, front pipes, center section, rear exhaust system, engine calibration and any additional exhaust modifications installed on the vehicle.

Installation and Compliance

The exhaust manifolds must be installed with Supersprint front pipes 988702 or 988712. Supersprint sleeve-pipe kit 789331 is required when connecting the manifolds to the original catalytic converters.

Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct alignment, secure cylinder-head connections, proper oxygen-sensor placement and adequate clearance around the engine, steering components and surrounding heat-sensitive parts.

This product modifies or replaces factory emissions-related exhaust equipment and may not be legal for road use in all jurisdictions. Exhaust sound and emissions regulations vary by location. The purchaser is responsible for confirming that the completed exhaust configuration complies with all applicable local laws and road-use requirements.
