The Supersprint Non-Catalytic Front Pipe Set is a high-performance exhaust upgrade for the BMW E60 and E61 M5 and E63 and E64 M6 equipped with the S85 V10 engine.
Installed downstream of the Supersprint exhaust manifolds, the front pipes replace the catalytic front section with a freer-flowing configuration designed to reduce restriction and support faster exhaust evacuation from the engine.
Each section is made in Italy from premium T304 stainless steel and developed specifically for the S85 exhaust layout. Precisely formed bends, carefully finished welds and threaded oxygen-sensor bungs provide accurate fitment, reliable sealing and consistent exhaust flow under demanding operating conditions.
The non-catalytic front pipes allow the S85 V10 to evacuate exhaust gases with less restriction, supporting sharper throttle response, stronger high-RPM flow and a more immediate exhaust character.
Compared with the metallic catalytic-converter version, this configuration produces greater exhaust volume and allows more of the S85 V10's mechanical tone and high-RPM intensity to pass through the remaining exhaust system.
Final sound, volume and performance will depend on the manifolds, center section, rear mufflers, engine calibration and any additional exhaust modifications installed on the vehicle.
The front pipes must be installed with Supersprint exhaust manifold set 789301. Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct alignment, secure connections, proper oxygen-sensor positioning and adequate clearance around the chassis and surrounding heat-sensitive components.
This product removes the front catalytic converters and is designated for racing use only. It may trigger an engine warning light and may require compatible engine-management calibration.
