Product Information

This aftermarket valve cover assembly from Elring includes everything required for a proper replacement: a valve cover, gasket set, and all necessary mounting bolts. Designed to address common oil leak issues and warping problems, this kit also supports applications where the PCV system is integrated into the cover.

Note: Some bracket and accessory mounting points are intentionally unthreaded from the factory. This is normal — all included bolts are self-tapping and will cut threads during installation.

Kit includes:

(1) Valve cover gasket set – 11127587804
(8) ASA bolts – 11127544369
(14) ASA bolts – 11127576310
(2) ASA bolts – 11127584156

Engine Valve Cover
The valve cover seals the top of the cylinder head and protects critical valvetrain components from debris while preventing oil leakage. In modern engines, it may also incorporate the PCV valve to control crankcase ventilation. Warping, cracks, or gasket failure can lead to leaks and engine odors, making replacement essential for long-term reliability.

Common Valve Cover Failure Symptoms:

Age and wear: Gasket becomes brittle and cracks, causing leaks
Improper installation: Uneven torque or misaligned gasket may cause seal failure
Material fatigue: Heat cycling can warp or crack the cover
Blocked PCV valve: Crankcase pressure buildup can rupture or distort the cover

Return Window:	Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Item Condition:	Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items:	Electrical components, fluids, lubricants, used parts, custom orders, and gift cards are final sale.

Warranty Coverage:	Most products and services are backed by a 1-year manufacturer or workmanship warranty. Eligibility may vary.
Claim Requirements:	To submit a claim, provide the order number, product details, and a description of the issue. Supporting photos may be requested.

Refund Processing:	Once inspected, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping Responsibility:	Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Prepaid labels are available upon request.
