The CSF Triple-Pass High-Performance Radiator is a direct-fit cooling upgrade for the BMW E90, E92 and E93 M3 equipped with the high-revving S65 V8 engine.

During spirited driving, track use and other demanding operating conditions, the S65 can place significant thermal load on the cooling system. CSF upgrades the original radiator design with a 2-row, 42 mm aluminum core that increases coolant capacity and improves heat dissipation.

CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat-transfer surface area of each cooling tube while providing greater structural strength than a conventional oval tube. Ultra-efficient 6.5 mm multi-louvered fins maximize surface-area contact and airflow through the core.

A triple-pass internal flow structure directs the coolant across the radiator core three times before it exits. This increases the coolant's exposure to the cooling surface and helps produce lower outlet temperatures during sustained high-load operation.

Cooling Performance

The combination of a thicker dual-row core, B-Tube technology, high-efficiency fins and triple-pass coolant flow provides increased cooling capacity compared with the original radiator.

By directing coolant across the core three times before it exits, the radiator increases the amount of time available for heat transfer. This makes it well suited for restored vehicles, performance builds, spirited street driving and track use.

The radiator accepts the factory quick-connect coolant hoses, air-conditioning condenser, mounting brackets and fan shroud. Professional installation is recommended to ensure secure connections, correct alignment and proper cooling-system bleeding.
